Synopsis: This book is compilation of chapters from selected papers from the International Conference on Leadership and Management (ICLM) from 3rd to 5th June, 2014 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The conference organized by The Department of Management and Humanities, Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). This conference was an extension of the International Conference on Management, Social Science and Humanities (ICMeSH 2012) organized by the department during the ESTCON 2012 congress. ICLM 2014 was envisaged with the aim of providing academicians, researchers, practitioners and students, a forum for the sharing of research and best practices within two predominantly significant spheres of the corporate world, namely leadership and management. A key objective for this conference was to bring together these various groups of stakeholders in scholarly engagement, for the pursuit of collaborative discourse and pioneering notions on leadership and management.
